Immigration Lawyer James S. Lamb

James is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado since 2010. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Colorado Bar Association (CBA), and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar (CCDB).

James

James gained experience working with immigrants while still in law school as an intern at the Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County. Following his graduation from the University of Colorado Law School in 2010, James volunteered to represent clients pro bono (free of charge) on referral from the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN). As an immigration attorney, James has successfully helped visa applicants, persons in removal (deportation) proceedings, business owners, and others resolve their immigration issues. James opened the The Lamb Law Office LLC in December of 2013.

Prior to attending law school, James was a high-school teacher. He also worked as a community-college instructor, as well as the assistant director of a college writing center. He has extensive experience living abroad, having resided and worked for nine years in Japan, where he taught in public and private high schools. James is fluent in Japanese.
